Canadian Rockies Attractions
Banff National Park was founded on what is now one of its most popular attractions. In 1883 the healing waters of natural hot springs were discovered and in 1888 Banff National Park was formed. Visitors are still invited to soak in these healing waters at the hot springs.
The Canadian Rockies Hot Springs coupled with the attractions offered by Brewster, a name synonymous with hospitality in the Canadian Rockies, offer visitors must “do” activities. A ride up the Banff Gondola offers breathtaking, spectacular panoramic views of the Bow Valley. In the summer months visitors to the Canadian Rockies can explore the Athabasca Glacier aboard an Ice Explorer at the Columbia Icefields.
